a great stay
adults-only great service great entertainment wonderful stay
the hotel is BEAUTIFUL and adults-only is a very big plus. i really liked that the service was great. i found the nightly entertainment to be great too. the team.
the off-site restaurant requires leaving the hotel and walking up a hill. i really wish there was better access.

the room included a big bathroom and a walk-in closet with a safe. i only had a partial sea view. the beds were very comfy, this did not detract from my enjoyment.

the hotel sits just a brief walk to the beach. a ferry to cozumel is nearby too. the main shopping area is a short walk. the location is central with easy access to many local attractions.

excessive seaweed cheap liquor
The staff was very helpful and friendly. I found this acceptable. The employees provided excellent service.
The beach was disappointing. There was a lot of seaweed. I also thought the food was mediocre. The buffet offered the same foods daily. The cocktails were undrinkable. I believe cheap liquor was used. I think the hotel should address these issues.
